Football Team Book & Nationals Packet

Each football team in your organization will need to have a separate Team Book / Binder. This team book will hold all of the paperwork for each child on the team, each coach, and each form required for each team. Use the Team Book Layout Instructions to organize your team's paperwork.

Each team that is planning to be on the Nationals Track will need to prepare a Nationals Packet. This packet contains copies of all the forms for each child, coach, and team. Details on the Nationals packet will be released at a later date.
